In Need of Help is a small volunteer based regulated charity which prides itself in compliance as a culture and listening to our community and members if they have a complaint about us. We acknowledge that we don’t always get it right and only through feedback from the public will we have the capabilities of delivering a more efficient service to the needy.INOH has policies in place that ensure regular monitoring of activities internally, INOH may act on regular information, complaints, whistle-blower information and information sourced publicly from enquiries made by you.Through this appropriate monitoring of information and data, acting on complaints and monitoring of incidents and breaches of obligations we are able to seek continuous improvements to our work and standards.If you have a complaint please email us using the email below and we will respond to your complaint as quickly as possible.
