In Need of Help takes its organisations charitable efforts with the highest level of importance with updated Governing Standards that ensure compliance as a culture. Our Partnership Policy sets out principals and responsibilities to promote effective partnerships.
In Need of Help is a not-for-profit regulated charity which prides itself in compliance as a culture, committed to utilise funds collected in Australia in order to enhance and build better Domestic and International Community programs. We are registered under the Associations Incorporation Act 2009 (NSW) and our activities are governed by the Charities Act 2013 (Cth) and the Australian Charities and Not-for-profits Commission Act 2012 (Cth).
Partnerships help INOH increase its reach, efficiency and effectiveness as a charity, and our risk mitigation standards ensure a high standard in compliance. We regularly partner with third-parties through formal arrangements to deliver effective support networks and charitable aid in Australia and around the world.
Our principles for Managing Partnership Risks fall under four main stages which include:
1. Catalyst and Identification
2. Entering into an Agreement
3. Monitoring the Relationship, and
4. Renewal or Exit.
